Explanation of How the Financial Incentive or Price or Service Difference is Reasonably Related to the Value of the Consumer’s Data | In our good-faith estimation, the customer’s data reflects the value of the purchased qualifying products, minus the Quick Cash credits and expenses relating to offering the qualifying products. |

Summary of Financial Incentives | Customers participating in the RM Fantasy program have the opportunity to win various prizes. Customers receive points for correctly selecting the place winners for each Monster Energy Supercross, Pro Motocross, or Monster Energy SuperMotocross race. Top points winners are eligible to receive various prizes after each round and at the end of the Monster Energy Supercross, Pro Motocross, or Monster Energy SuperMotocross season. |
Price or Service Difference | Top point winners will receive various prizes based on their points ranking. |
Description of the Terms of the Financial Incentive | A customer must create an RM Fantasy account, be 18 years old or older, be a legal resident of the United States of America and US Territories, Canada, or Mexico, and not be classified as a minor in their primary state of residence to be eligible to participate in the financial incentive program. Employees of Rocky Mountain ATV/MC, Feld Entertainment, those entities’ advertising agencies, or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries, and any brand/sponsors of any prizes that are given during the entire contest duration, and their family members or any persons living in their household(s), are ineligible to win prizes. |
Explanation of How the Financial Incentive or Price or Service Difference is Reasonably Related to the Value of the Consumer’s Data | In our good-faith estimation, the value of customer’s data is the future business and product sales that RMATV receives from the respective individual participating in RM Fantasy by virtue of brand loyalty created through the incentive, minus any expenses in offering RM Fantasy. |

If the customer does not participate in the event, subscription, or membership, they are ineligible for the financial incentive. |
Explanation of How the Financial Incentive or Price or Service Difference is Reasonably Related to the Value of the Consumer’s Data | In our good-faith estimation, the customer’s data reflects the value of the purchased qualifying events, products, and services purchased, minus the Race Gas Cash Membership Credits and all expenses relating to offering the qualifying products. |

Properly submitted requests will be responded to within the required period under applicable law. If a request is deficient, we may deny the request but will use reasonable efforts to explain the deficiency in the request so that you may correct the request.
