GREAT BOOT FOR EVERYTHING FROM A KLR TO AN FJR!!

I own a FJR1300 and a KLR650 and I was looking at a boot that could be good on both bikes. I watched youtuber Moto Giant videos on how he lost a foot and ankle in an interstate crash, and I was wanting to upgrade my street riding gear. I wear Tech 7 in my offroad riding and racing but on the street I wore a Seduci street boot. All my Alpinestars boots I have ever owned have been 11 and I wear a 10 1/2 in casual shoes. I am happy to say they work great on both bikes and is comfortable to walk in. My only complaint is in August in Georgia they are warm but so is everything.

Forma Terra Evo Low Boots - 20,000 Miles Later, Sti...

I bought these Forma Terra Evo Low boots (size 12) back in January 2021 and have since logged over 20,000 miles of adventure riding with them. Let me tell you, they've been worth every penny of the $279 I spent. Comfort: These boots are surprisingly comfortable for all-day rides. Of course, it's still nice to take them off at camp, but my feet never felt cramped or fatigued even after hours in the saddle. Protection: I've had my share of spills and close calls over the past three years, and these boots have saved my ankles and feet multiple times. The protection they offer is top-notch. Waterproofing: Forma claims these boots are waterproof, and they mostly live up to that promise. In rain or shallow puddles, my feet stay dry. However, during deeper water crossings, water can seep in through the top if you don't raise your feet. If you regularly encounter deep water, the taller version of these boots might be a better choice. (The boots ARE waterproof, obviously water will get in over the tops still, not a knock at all, just a statement to consider maybe the tall boot) Walking: Despite being adventure boots, they are relatively easy to walk in. It's like walking in snowboard boots (but not as cold, haha). They're not ideal for long hikes, but for walking around town or exploring campsites, they're perfectly fine. Durability: After 20,000 miles, these boots still have plenty of life left in them. The soles show minimal wear, and the outer material looks almost new. The buckles are also holding up well, unlike some other boot brands I've experienced. Overall: I would absolutely buy these boots again. They are comfortable, protective, and incredibly durable. Forma has done a fantastic job building a high-quality, long-lasting ADV boot. Pros: All-day comfort Excellent protection Mostly waterproof Relatively easy to walk in Extremely durable Reliable buckles Cons: Can leak in deep water crossings (consider the taller version if this is a concern) If you're looking for a reliable, comfortable, and long-lasting adventure boot, the Forma Terra Evo Low boots are an excellent choice. They've been a faithful companion on my adventures, and I'm confident they'll continue to perform for many more miles to come. Thanks, Forma, for making such a great product!

    Leatt 5.5 boots

I've had these for about 1k miles. No chaffing or discomfort. Hit 271 miles off road in one long day. And felt fine putting them back on the next morning. They may be MC boots but they dual sport amazing.

Old School Solid Boot with Great Protection and Com...

I bought these mid-range boots. Some gearheads like to say if it doesn't have five buckles, it's not a real riding boot. Baloney. This is a stiff boot that is not terrible to walk around with. The stitched sole is old-school and stout. After a few thousand miles, they broke in nicely. The gusset opens real wide when putting them on. Quite easy and good water protection. Most boots have a heel, these are flat bottom soles. While I like the look of a heel, I really appreciated that I could put my foot anywhere on the pegs and slide them to the clutch/brake without catching the heel. I did get a little chafing on my shin from one of the inner seams, but fixed that easily with some taller socks. The boots are a bit roomy, and it took a while to adjust my riding with a bit less tactile feel for the controls, but it's a small price to pay for safety. The ankle protection seems substantial and the three buckles do a fine job. There might be better boots out there, but these give me tons better protection than my silly cowboy boots.
